Description

The building was completed in the fall of 2007, and is 100% leased to multiple tenants.  It is located along 48th Street SE, just north of 72nd Avenue and west of 52nd Street, a main north south connector for the Foothills area.  The building was sold to an affiliate of Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) in 2008.
