Description
17 acres adjacent to the Calgary Airport, offering tremendous visibility and convenient access to Deerfoot Trail via Aero Drive. The first phase of the project, 21 Aero Drive totaling 180,000 square feet is complete and is 100% leased to Supply Chain Management, a logistics providor for Wal Mart; 19 Aero Drive totaling 172,000 sf was completed in November 2007.  The buildings were sold to an affiliate of Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) in 2008.
