Verus Partners is a full-service commercial real estate firm founded by four principals each bringing over 25 years experience in design, construction, finance, leasing, and management of industrial, office, commercial, and institutional facilities. Based in Chicago, Verus operates through a network of five regional offices with market coverage throughout much of the eastern half of the United States and three Canadian cities.
Since its inception in 2003, Verus has completed over 5.3 million square feet of projects with an aggregate development value of over $350 million. Current assets under management include approximately 3 million square feet of buildings and 1,300 acres of land that will support nearly $950 million of new development.
